Shrink Chamber

The sealing and shrinking in one operation. which is possible by shrink chamber, by visual operation. This shrink chamber can handle variety of sizes/shapes, no change parts. The chamber takes only 5 minutes to start with minimal electrical concept operation on single phase, required single phase power 15 Amp socket. Caster mounted for easy maneuverability. The sliding platform can be adjusted while working.

The shrink tunnel with "L" sealer is combination unit-system runs on one circuit that works with all types of shrink films, but specially tuned for non PVC, poly olefin films. The temperature compensating solid state controllers. Belt conveyor with variable speed and adjustable bottom heat.

Mini 'L' Sealer

Our range of mini 'L' sealer is compact and with effective finishing for packing different products. Mini 'L' sealer are industrial-quality machines with advanced features. The machine is fast in operation with a variable speed control conveyor that goes up to 720” per hour. Complete hot air coverage shrinks top, bottom and sides uniformly. Features a new State-Of-The-Art high temperature, maintenance free, whisper quiet, plastic mesh conveyor belt system. Uses 110/120-volt power to plug into a common outlet, protected by a circuit breaker and a fuse. All controls and switches are isolated from heated areas to prevent heat damage.
